If you’re one of my Patrons, then you will have noticed an email sent from Patreon that places a new “charge” on to everyone who pledges, effective from the 18th December.
With the new Patreon update the creator will actually only see about $0.91 from a "$1" pledge as the rest goes to Patreon. I have seen literally no-one being positive about this change other than Patreon itself and they know they're alone on it. They'll probably drop the update altogether and think of something else and if not their platform will fade into obscurity and someone new will take their place.
